DeeCash 2257 Announcement
DeeCash, as primary producer for various scenes and secondary producer for the rest, has always obtained a clean record of all it's model ids and releases. For this very reason, our sites , hosted galleries, and members area will remain intact.
In light of recent 2257 regulations, we have had to make some hard decisions. The new 2257 regulations had to be dealt with in a manner that takes in consideration two major concerns of ours: our affiliate's protection and our model's privacy. Keeping both these factors in mind, we have made the following decisions:
1. We will be releasing model documentation to and only to affiliates (labeled as secondary producer) that pass our screening process.
a. The scenes they request documentation for , must be seen active up on the affiliate's site promoting us.
b. Affiliate must provide us with a government issued id that matches whois on the domain at the url which is promoting us with said content.
c. Affiliate must prove he is an actual webmaster by having sent us at least 1 signup or 500 uniques.
d. Affiliate must provide a valid phone number that he can be reached at. - We will be calling the affiliate before releasing said documents.
e. Affiliate will be asked to sign an agreement naming them secondary producer, holding them responsible for distribution or mis-use and include standard non-disclosure clause.
2. Documents shall have all information of models not required to be shown by 2257 regulations, blocked out (i.e. address , social security number, credit card numbers and phone numbers).
We feel this solution will ensure that we only release delicate model documents to responsible affiliates.
Additional staff have been hired simply to screen affiliates and issue the proper model documents, hence all e-mails shall be answered in a prompt manner. Please send all document requests to 2257 @ deecash.com .
